Currently, the configuration of the various requirements associated with the social needs for our roles as veterinarians has been manifested. As a result, the college members of our association are required to take considerable trouble and propose an alternative on how to accept the diverse social needs, educate veterinary students, and operate a veterinary college.
Further, the needs for improvement in veterinary medicine and educational environment are increasing domestically and internationally following economic development, thus we, KAVMC, should accept these needs and changes and educate veterinary students to meet global standards using our excellent educational system.
In this context, our Association ensures that the members of veterinary colleges can provide a forum for discussion and present alternatives for the development and improvement of Korean veterinary education system.
